Handmade in the mountains of Steamboat Springs Colorado using antique hand tools and age old techniques. Endlessly customizable. Wear them in the rain, snow and sun. Our hat making process produces a rustic. One of a kind look and feel. We absolutely love this about our hats. No big steam powered equipment here. Every hat is hand blocked, hand sanded and hand shaped using only premium beaver fur and rabbit fur felt.

If a hat is not in your size or favorite color we can always create one similar for you.

Our hats can be reshaped to almost any crown or brim style. Brim width can also be reduced.
