Return & Store Policy

-All hat sales and vintage item sales are final.

-Any custom ordered, distressed or branded hats or accessories will NOT be returnable or refundable.  

-All "Sale" items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

-All photos are going to be somewhat different from exactly what the eye can see. Please understand we will use your agreed upon color felt, but all photos of felts can be different with different light and felts all come out with different colors and marks. We cannot accept returns for this reason. Thank you for understanding and loving your hat.

-All vintage item sales are final.

-Custom hat deposits are non refundable.

SHIPPING ITEMS TO STEAMBOAT HATTER:

-We cannot receive deliveries at our business address. All items being sent to us need a PO # before you ship and we will provide the address for you to ship to. We will give an approximate time of completion with your PO #.

-We require a signature with all of our hats being shipped and also insure your package. We usually use UPS.

 

-All Custom Order sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded. Custom hats are specifically made for you and is personalized just for you. We do size our hats exactly to the measurements given. We will work with you to get that hat to a perfect fit. When ordering a custom hat on line you may need to steam and do a final fitting to fit your head shape at your local western or hat shop.

 

-Please be aware that all screens are different and colors of hat felts may vary between devices. We will do our best to accurately display the true colors of the hats. Many people edit photos they share on social media and this can change how the hat looks.

 

-Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. It is extremely important you measure your head correctly before ordering. If the measurement is not accurate, the hat will not fit properly.
